- Upload a survey you have written in MS Word or some other compatible application
- Receive your unique URL and distribute an email list or post to your own website
Your surveys are posted on the Internet at a unique, simple, URL specific to your study. You may use this link on your website, in an email list or any other marketing material you may use. Patients browse to the link and complete the survey you have created. There is a small fee for each survey you upload, but there are no monthly fees!
Download and Analyze
You can log into the provider section of the page at any time and see real time results. You may also download the results at any time for your own analysis. Data can be imported into MS Excel, SPSS or any other statistical software you may use.
